Wrote/recorded a short rock song at 120 bpm in ableton live 9:guitar recorded direct into a scarlett 18i20 then used guitar rig 5 plugin from native instruments. Ezbass for bass. Ezdrummer for drums. After handing out instruments, but before getting down to business, i let the students play one long note on their instruments.

I'm improvising on a piano. There are some human voices audible in the background. Captured with zoom h2.

The loop was created with one of reaktor 5's instruments which was modified to create 4-second loops that sounds something like techno or general electronica. The drums are all created using a subtractive synthesizer, most of them sine waves and were modified several times.

This is a very old, out of tune accordian (the tuning wavers way off key on the main notes as it plays). It might be useful for messing around with to create undertones for a horror or mystery with a rise-fall pattern. I recorded it on an se x1 large condenser mic. Completely free to use for anything. The recording was made with the audio interface provided by the tb-03 monophonic synthesizer and with the arduor 5 digital audio station; the processing instruments used to perform equalization, mixing and mastering, the so-called “eq arduor team” and “compressor arduor team” virtual instruments.

Happened upon an orchestra warming up/rehearsing inside st. Louis cathedral at jackson square in new orleans. It's that beautifully cacophonous sound of all the instruments getting into tune, some of the musicians talking (a few tourists as well).
